I received a response to a ticket that I created at Zoom today, If you uninstall zoom and install 5.15.11 from here it should work until 5.16.10 comes out, Some users with older AMD CPU's like the Phenom have been reporting issues with Zoom not starting. Other users have reported the same issue with Windows Server 2016/2019. Zoom v 5.16.2 still works for us on Windows Server 2019. I have an issue with Zoom v 5.16.5 and 5.16.6 on Windows Server 2019, where Zoom will not even open at all.
